The adventure begins in Delhi where riders assemble in the evening and meet the trip captain and fellow travelers. The group boards an overnight Volvo bus to Manali. Distance Covered: ~570 km (Volvo Bus)
Arrival in Manali | Local Exploration & Bike Briefing
Arrive in Manali in the morning and check into the hotel. Spend the day exploring the town and acclimatizing before entering higher altitudes. Visit Hadimba Temple, Solang Valley and Vashisht hot springs. In the evening, the ride captain conducts a detailed bike briefing. Distance Covered: ~225 km
Manali to Sarchu
Today’s ride includes some of the most dramatic landscapes of the journey. Riders cross Gata Loops followed by Nakee La and Lachulung La. The route then opens into the vast plains of More Plains before crossing Tanglang La and descending into Leh. Distance Covered: ~225 km
Sarchu to Leh
Today’s ride includes some of the most dramatic landscapes of the journey. Riders cross Gata Loops followed by Nakee La and Lachulung La. The route then opens into the vast plains of More Plains before crossing Tanglang La and descending into Leh. Distance Covered: ~250 km
Leh Local Sightseeing
Today is reserved for local sightseeing and acclimatization. Visit Shanti Stupa, explore Leh Palace, and stop at Magnetic Hill. Spend the evening exploring Leh Market. Distance Covered: ~40 km
Leh to Nubra Valley via Khardung La
Ride to Nubra Valley via Khardung La, one of the highest motorable passes in the world. After descending from the pass, the landscape changes into a stunning cold desert valley. Distance Covered: ~120 km
Nubra Valley to Pangong Lake
Ride along the scenic Shyok River valley toward Pangong Lake. The journey offers dramatic mountain landscapes and remote roads before reaching the breathtaking Pangong Lake. Distance Covered: ~160 km
Pangong Lake to Leh via Chang La
Start the day with sunrise at Pangong Lake before riding back to Leh via Chang La. On the way back, visit Hemis Monastery and Thiksey Monastery. Distance Covered: ~160 km
Leh to Jispa
Begin the return ride toward Manali. Riders cross Tanglang La again and pass through Sarchu before reaching Jispa. Distance Covered: ~350 km
Jispa to Manali | Departure to Delhi
Ride back to Manali through Rohtang Pass and descend into the lush Kullu Valley. Spend some time exploring Manali before boarding the overnight Volvo bus to Delhi. Distance Covered: ~118 km ride + overnight bus
